Master of Commerce Banking & Finance | M.Com.(B & F)
It is a post graduate full time 2 year programme designed to cater to the growing needs of management professionals for Banking and Financial Services industry. The objective of this course is to develop commerce professionals with specialized skills and applied competencies in theoretical and practical knowledge of Banking and Finance catering to the contemporary needs of industry and academia by providing student-centric learning ambience backed with critical thinking and problem solving capabilities.
This course is spread over 4 semesters with second year offering open elective and project work related to banking and finance.
To provide an exposure to a broad range of contemporary banking subject areas
To provide an opportunity to acquire and develop skills in the area of banking, finance, bank operations
To utilize analytical and qualitative techniques in a banking setting
To develop an ability in the students to analyze bank management in an international context
To enable the students to understand and evaluate financial regulation

To create an understanding of the practical operations of financial market
