Kshamata Sachin Lad, a.k.a. क्षमता प्रकाश
Kshamata Sachin Lad is an educator by profession and a spoken word artist, poet, and creative Piscean. Being a spoken word artist, she owes all her creative talent to her father, and hence her pen name is क्षमता प्रकाश. She is currently working as an Assistant Professor (Department of Business Studies) with S K Somaiya College, Somaiya Vidyavihar University, before which she had been with K.J. Somaiya College of Arts and Commerce (2015-2021), Birla College of Arts, Science and Commerce (2011-2015) and Mulund College of Commerce (2010-2011). Before being an educator, she was a client servicing executive with an advertising agency. She has completed her education with distinction in management with a BMS as her bachelor’s degree and a Master of Management, both of which are in the marketing specialization from Mumbai University. She has also completed a postgraduate diploma in advertising & public relations from Welingkar Education, Mumbai. She completed her M.Com in Accountancy and Finance (IDOL - Mumbai University) and has a keen interest in research. She has published and participated in research paper presentations specializing in the fields of psychology, consumer behavior, advertising, and marketing communication. Her papers have been published in peer-reviewed, Scopus and ABDC journals. She has been teaching undergraduate students for 13 years now. She teaches a diverse range of management courses, including research methods, advertising, corporate etiquette and image management, strategic management, logistics, and integrated marketing communications, International Marketing, Brand Management, Retail Management, and Indian Ethos in Management. Being in education and training young minds, words have always been her superpower. She believes in expressing thoughts, and these thoughts can surely make a difference in the world. Awarded "Best Thesis" at the 1st Hybrid International Conference on Space Science, Technology, and Management (Jan 19–20, 2026), organized by the Kalpana Chawla Space Academy in collaboration with ISRO, MUST Malaysia, and the Nehru Science Centre.

She is running a YouTube channel and an Instagram account by the name Be W.O.W. - Always Wise on words. She has published 3 collections of her poetry. Her titles are "इश्क की इमारती," "मन की मुसाफिरी," and "इत्तेफ़ाक़ या प्रारब्ध," all of which are listed on Amazon. She received the Legacy Awards 2024 in the Writing Category and the Emily Dickinson Award for her second book, मन की मुसाफिरी. She is definitely a dreamer at heart and an artist to start!
